We follow a full-proof 3-step process to ensure the best quality-
Business Definition:
- With our visual inspection that is performed by our adept machine operators on every produced material coming out of the machines, using the aligned standards that we generally follow and the parameters and scrupulous dimensions placed by our customer, to spot and sort out any rejects.
- After this filtration, the left out parts are rendered useless and selected parts are again inspected randomly by our QA expert at the point of production every hour.
- Once this is done, the selected parts are placed separately and boxed, totted up, and advanced to the QC (quality control) department, where these are again inspected randomly, and verified.
Once the job is assured approved and signed by the authorized personnel, then only it is forwarded to the shipment department.
